Yes - if your guests have indicated the specified donation purpose when making the transfer, we can assign your fundraising campaign and provide you with an overview of the donors.
Please understand that we are not allowed to pass on individual amounts for data protection reasons - however, you will find out the total amount of all donations received.
If your campaign is running via betterplace.org, you can view the names and amounts after setting up the supporters. You can track the total donation amount at any time.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue donation receipts for cash donations as part of a collection.
If your guests or supporters have donated by bank transfer and would like a donation receipt, they are welcome to contact us directly - please include their full name, address and the purpose of the donation. For donations up to 300 euros, a simple proof of payment (e.g. bank statement) is usually sufficient for the tax office; a separate donation receipt is not required.
For online donations via betterplace.org, the donation receipt is automatically issued directly by the platform.
