The three-member Board of Directors manages humedica's business and is jointly responsible for decisions. Each board member is responsible for their own area of responsibility, in which they play a leading role - at the same time they represent each other. As a management body, the Executive Board represents humedica externally.
The Supervisory Board accompanies and monitors the work of the Management Board. It is involved in important decisions such as long-term strategy, corporate governance, personnel and financial management and organizational development. It also appoints an ombudsperson- at the suggestion of the Management Board - who is responsible for internal and external complaints management and compliance with anti-corruption guidelines.
The members of the Supervisory Board are
