humedica e.V., headquartered in Kaufbeuren (Bavaria), is one of the fastest-acting German aid organizations and has been able to implement projects in over 90 countries around the world since it was founded in 1979. Work with purpose & Modern Workplace
You work in an international team for a better world. We make sure that you have everything you need to do your job optimally: Equipped with modern software and, depending on the position, a laptop, you have the option of working in the office or mobile from home as part of an agreement. Your mentor, who will accompany you during your first few weeks at humedica, will explain the flexible working hours model, the non-existent dress code and everything else that is important to you.

Your documents will be reviewed jointly by our HR department and the responsible manager. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will of course be deleted after 6 months in accordance with data protection regulations. If you would like your documents to be deleted earlier, please inform us by sending an email to jobs@humedica.org.
If you are suitable for the position, we will normally invite you to an interview with the group or department head and a member of the Executive Board. The interview will either take place on site at our HQ in Kaufbeuren or alternatively via Microsoft Teams. In some cases, it may also be that someone from the HR department would like to talk to you first in a short phone call. If the interview is successful, we will immediately send you a letter of acceptance and the employment contract by post.
Managers also receive an applicant questionnaire and the opportunity to take a personality test before an interview.
