You work in an international team for a better world. Your documents will be reviewed jointly by our HR department and the responsible manager. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will of course be deleted after 6 months in accordance with data protection regulations. If you are suitable for the position, we will normally invite you to an interview with the group or department head and a member of the Executive Board. The interview will either take place on site at our HQ in Kaufbeuren or alternatively via Microsoft Teams. In some cases, it may also be that someone from the HR department would like to talk to you first in a short phone call. If the interview is successful, we will immediately send you a letter of acceptance and the employment contract by post.
Managers also receive an applicant questionnaire and the opportunity to take a personality test before an interview.
