humedica

Help in the event of a disaster

After earthquakes, floods or hurricanes, every hour counts. With your donation campaign, you can help provide people in acute need with the essentials - medicines, clean water and food.

Daniel Reiter

Help in forgotten crises

In many countries, the need is persistent - due to hunger, conflicts or inadequate healthcare. With your donation, you are supporting long-term humanitarian aid in forgotten regions with medical care and food security.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start a fundraising campaign?

First, find your event or idea - e.g. a birthday, a concert or a sports event. Then consider whether you would prefer to collect donations online or on site. Register with us in advance so that we can create an individual donation purpose for your campaign together. We will be happy to support you with planning, implementation and materials.

Are there any materials that I can use?

We are happy to provide humedica flyers and/or a donation box for your fundraising campaign. Contact us or download the materials for move4humedica via our website.

How do I find out what happens to the donations?

We regularly provide information about ongoing projects and the impact of your donation on our website and social platforms as well as in our newsletter. Follow us and sign up here for our newsletter.

Transparency is important to us. So that you know exactly what happens with your donation, our transparency page gives you a detailed insight into humedica's structures, processes and relevant figures.

Are donation receipts issued?

If your fundraising campaign runs via betterplace.org, donors can indicate that they would like to receive a donation receipt. If you have transferred the individual donations that you collected on your birthday, for example, in a bundle, we are unfortunately unable to issue a donation receipt.

How do I publicize my fundraising campaign?

You can spread the word about your fundraising campaign via invitations, social media, messenger groups, notices or even local media, for example. If your campaign runs over a longer period of time, it is worth drawing attention to it again at regular intervals. We will be happy to support you with text modules, images and communication tips.
