The situation on site
Support with homework, time to learn and play - for many children in Sri Lanka, this is an unattainable dream. Their parents are usually poor and often need their children's help to earn a living. The children quickly fall into a downward spiral. Once left behind, many children drop out of school. Education remains out of reach for them. Those who cannot enjoy an education also have a hard time in the future. This is where humedica's GROW centers come in. Because children from disadvantaged families and pupils with learning difficulties should also have good prospects for the future - and that starts with school education.

How you can help:
With 50 euros, a family receives two food and hygiene packages per month.
500 euros can be used to pay the school fees for up to 3 children per school year.
With 1000 euros, a child will be cared for and looked after in the humedica day care center for a year.
